Therapeutic Approaches I Offer:


  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): ACT is effective for managing a variety of conditions, including addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, psychosis, eating disorders, substance misuse, workplace stress, and chronic pain.


  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): CBT can support individuals in addressing depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, specific phobias, PTSD, health anxiety, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and neurodevelopmental conditions.


  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): DBT is beneficial for individuals dealing with anger concerns, bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder, depression, emotional regulation issues, self-harm, and substance abuse.


  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): EMDR is an effective approach for processing traumatic memories and distressing life experiences, particularly in the treatment of PTSD.


  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): SFBT can assist with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and coping with significant life changes.
