Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) can help with anger concerns, bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder, depression, emotional regulation, self-harming and substance abuse.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help to process traumatic memories and distressing life experiences. It can help with the treatment of PTSD.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) can be helpful with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues and coping with life changes.
